TA DA! Introducing the BIG GREEN PEA.
( Jk it’s a GREEK GIGANTE BEAN!).

After eating string beans at , Paul and I both screamed “…WHAT??”

Ahem* the *~pole beans*~ 🎩 they were “sautéed served with fresh herbs, Meyer lemon, avocado, and fermented tomato”

Here’s our coppy cat entree-style glam up🐱— sour orange vs. Meyer lemon; heirloom tomatoes marinated in shiro koji; and oh yeah - them giant as BEANS + brown rice farfalle cooked in a bbbbeauteous August tomato sauce ❤️🍅🧄 ty 🥹
