✨ Milestone Reached! ✨

This weekend I officially crossed 100 hours of coaching — a huge step on my journey as a coach. 💫

Hitting this mark means I can now apply for my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The ACC is the entry-level credential that requires not just training, but also real coaching experience!

It feels incredible to look back at the hours of connection, growth, and transformation that have led here. And now, the next steps are to study, prepare, and (fingers crossed 🤞) take the exam in December or January.

I’m so grateful to everyone who has trusted me on their journey — your openness and commitment made this milestone possible. 💛

✨ What if instead of ending your day with a to-do list, you paused to create a “look-what-I-did” list?

We all start the day with a rough idea of what needs to get done — the tasks, the goals, the mental checkboxes. Some days we feel like we crushed it. Other days, it feels like we dropped the ball.

But what if you paused for a moment… and truly looked at what did get done?

This year, several of my clients have opened our sessions with, “I didn’t really do much since last time.” But as we talk it through, we uncover a lot more: real progress, quiet wins, life moments that still count.
Maybe that one thing didn’t happen — but so many other meaningful things did.

Progress isn’t always loud. It doesn’t always show up in completed checkboxes.
It lives in the conversations had, the boundaries held, the tiny steps taken forward.

So I invite you to reflect:

🌱 What did you actually do this week?
🌟 What can you give yourself credit for?
🪞Can you see your week in a different light?

If life is about the journey, then even the chores — the cooking, the cleaning, the errands — are the journey.

Here are a few ways to handle the “chores of life” with that mindset in mind:



🌿 1. Reframe them as Ritual

Instead of “ugh, I have to clean the kitchen,” try:
💭 “I’m tending to the space where I nourish myself.”
It turns into an act of care — a grounding ritual rather than a nuisance.



☕ 2. Add presence, not pressure

You don’t have to love chores, but you can bring attention to them:
• Feel the warm water on your hands while doing dishes
• Take a deep breath while folding towels
• Put on music, a podcast, or move slowly and intentionally

Make it less about efficiency and more about being there.



🔄 3. Integrate them into your rhythm

Life isn’t split between “real life” and “the chores.” Cooking, cleaning, and caring for your space are part of your day’s rhythm. They are pauses between the “bigger” things — and sometimes, they are the bigger things.



💛 4. Remember who it’s for

Whether you’re cooking for yourself, your family, or your future self (meal prepping), these acts are love in motion. You’re creating comfort, care, and nourishment.



🌀 5. Let go of perfection

Not everything has to be a sparkling reflection of Instagram aesthetics. Life is messy and lived in. Chores are part of that ebb and flow. Give yourself grace and just do what enough looks like that day.



In short:
The journey includes sweeping the floor.
The sacred can live inside the ordinary.
And sometimes, the chore is actually the pause you needed.

Sooo…I did a thing.

After almost two years of coaching, countless hours of training, and walking alongside an incredible group of women through real life—celebrations, curveballs, losses, and victories—I’ve decided to take the next step.

✨ This fall, I’m heading back to the Zoom classroom to continue my coach training for my PCC and I’ll be sitting for my ACC exam!

When I first started, I had no idea how impactful this work would be. Since then, I’ve completed all the training hours for my ACC and am on track to hit my 100 practice hours by fall. I’ve launched a 2025 coaching program and had the honor of supporting brave, beautiful humans through deep transformation.

I debated for a while about going to the next level, but ultimately—I’m in. I’m excited to deepen my skills, meet new people, and keep growing. (Shoutout to the two amazing friends I made in my first class who are still part of my practice circle today!)

Here’s to learning, leaping, and continuing this journey. 💫

🌟 Remember how bad ass you are. 🌟

In a recent writing class, we were asked to write stories about our faults.

I’ll be honest—I froze. Not because I think I’m flawless (spoiler: I’m not), but because… why would I willingly drag out an embarrassing or shameful story?

Still, I jotted down two memories:
🧒🏼 One about being a kid and stealing something.
🎭 Another about high school drama.

Later, I was telling a friend about them, and she did something magical—she reframed them. And suddenly, I saw those stories through the eyes of the woman I am today:

Not as moments of shame, but as proof of how tenacious I’ve always been.

The truth is, we all have stories like that—moments we’ve tucked away because they felt “wrong” or “ugly.” But what if those moments are actually the beginning of our grit? Our growth? Our badassery?

I’ve decided to write those stories out for myself —not to shame myself, but to empower myself.

Your story is yours to shape. Even the messy chapters. 💫

Make Life Easier for Tomorrow-You 💫

One of my favorite tips from The Minimalists podcast is simple but powerful:

Spend 15-20 minutes before bed preparing for the next day.

That’s it.
Not a big overhaul.
Not a productivity sprint.

Just a few quiet minutes to gently set yourself up for success.

✨ Lay out your clothes
✨ Prep your lunch or breakfast
✨ Review your calendar
✨ Tidy one small area
✨ Jot down your top 3 priorities
✨ Or simply sit and envision how you want to feel tomorrow

Think of it as a little gift to the you of tomorrow. A soft landing. A lighter start. A whisper that says: “I’ve got you.”

You don’t need to hustle at night.
Just prepare with love.

Taking a break is still progress. 💫

Big goals don’t happen all at once — they’re built step by step, choice by choice, over time. And just like in a marathon, pace matters.

Pushing too hard without rest can lead to burnout or even giving up entirely. But pausing to breathe, reset, and care for yourself? That’s strategic. That’s sustainable. That’s growth.

So if you’re in a season of rest — honor it. You’re not falling behind. You’re gathering strength to rise again with clarity and energy.

Keep going, at your own pace. Breaks aren’t the opposite of progress. Sometimes, they’re the reason we can keep going at all. ❤️👏🏻

Today I put in earrings for the first time in maybe a decade. For a while, I actually thought the holes had closed up—but nope, they’re still there, just waiting.

I still remember the day I got them pierced. I think I was around five years old, walking through the mall with my mom and dad. My dad casually asked, “Do you want ice cream or your ears pierced?” Without hesitation, I said, “My ears pierced!” And just like that, I was in the chair, getting it done.

Over the past several years, I’ve done a lot of inner work—healing, growing, evolving. And now it feels like it’s time to start reflecting that evolution on the outside too.

(Side note: I’m not sure these earrings are even my style anymore… might be time for a little earring shopping adventure!)

Here’s to reclaiming old parts of ourselves and welcoming who we’re becoming.
