Some days I have to pause and remind myself how lucky I am to do this work. Being invited into someone’s healing journey is not something I take lightly. At Grit & Grace Sober Living, we celebrate growth in big and small ways. One of my favorite traditions is gifting personalized sweatshirts to honor a woman’s one-year sobriety milestone. It’s more than a sweatshirt, it’s a symbol of grit, grace, perseverance, and choosing yourself every single day. I’m so proud of the women who call GGSL home, and I’m really looking forward to handing out many, many more of these sweatshirts as we continue to watch lives change.
Recovery is possible. Healing is happening here.

Last night Grit & Grace Sober Living and Clean Living House for Women came together, and let me tell you getting 30 women in one place at one time is no small feat!! But it happened, and it was beautiful.

Our women sat side by side on their mats for a grounding breathwork session hosted by the incredible Meghan Esobar.

Recovery is more than abstinence, it’s learning how to slow down, breathe through discomfort, and show up for one another. Last night was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when community comes first.

So grateful for Meghan and for every woman who showed up willing and open. 💛

We at Grit and Grace would like to express a heartfelt thank you to North Attleboro Elks 1011 for their generous grant of $2500, which has made a profound difference in our residents' lives. This funding enabled the replenishment of critical supplies for existing and future residents and the renewal of our Attleboro Norton YMCA group membership, supporting resident wellness while they embrace their healing journey. We are deeply appreciative of partners like North Attleboro Elks 1011 whose ongoing commitment to our mission is instrumental in our success.
