Because of a recent shift in my schedule, I have a few rare immediate openings for individual therapy.

These times didn’t work for those currently on my waitlist — so I’m opening them up “first come, first served.”

Here’s what’s currently available:

Mondays (Virtual Only)
9am | 12pm | 1pm – weekly

Wednesdays
10am – biweekly (in person or virtual)
4pm – virtual (possibly in person)

I made a new candle for the office, thanks to downstairs! 🕯️

Sometimes my patients/clients will schedule a candle making activity following a session or an intensive. 💜

It just adds a bit of relaxation & supports some continued reprocessing at home! 💕
