Tight Psoas Muscles (Hip flexor pain - Lower back pain)

"Feeling that deep ache in your hips, groin, or lower back—especially after sitting all day? 😫

It's often your psoas muscle (the deep hip flexor that connects your spine to your legs) getting tight and irritated.

Fun fact: Prolonged sitting shortens the psoas, pulling on your low back and contributing to poor posture or even sciatica-like symptoms!

Quick self-help tip: Try the gentle Half-Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch – - Kneel on one knee (use a cushion for comfort), tuck your pelvis under slightly, and gently shift your hips forward until you feel a deep stretch in the front of the hip.
- Hold 10-15 seconds, while taking in 3 breaths deeply
- Push hip little more forward, hold for additional 20-30 seconds
- Repeat each side 2-3 times

Another option is the "Supported Bridge Pose"

(Any sharp pain DO NOT continue with stretch)
