It was a division of Labor Pool of America, which was founded in 1946. The name was changed to Interim in 1992 to allow the company to operate diverse lines of business under one banner and also more adequately reflect the services provided at that time. Today, the Interim HealthCare brand encompasses home care, hospice and health care staffing services. At Interim HealthCare of Maine, we understand how important it is to have someone you can depend on when you or someone you love wants to stay at home to maintain the highest level of health and independence. Our mission is to improve people’s lives and that is what we do every day. With a broad range of home care expertise, our trained professionals offer Home Healthcare , Non-Medical Senior Care and Pediatric Home Care Services that are cost-effective and designed to meet the needs of the individual.
