For Such A Time Fit Foundation Welcome to For Such a Time Fit! A community that was founded on finding freedom within ourselves, and strengthening our Body, Mind & Soul.

After losing the man who I thought was my forever, my world crumbled and I lost sight of who I was. After he passed, I slowly pushed through the motions while struggling to get out of the darkness of depression.

6 Years later, I found a community that thrived off of supporting one another. I took back my health, I found strength in daily workouts and healthy eating, and discovered friendships I didn't know I needed. I am now paying it forward and helping others break free of the chains binding them! Our lives were created for so much more. For WE were created {FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS}!
