We are pleased to announce that Carrie Ann Relue, LMT, will be joining our AMC team! Carrie previously worked at our former Fort Wayne location from 2017 to 2020, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to collaborate with her once again!

Carrie grew up in Ossian, Indiana and attended Norwell High School. After leaving school during her senior year to focus on marriage and motherhood, she later returned to complete her education at Anthis Career Center, earning the final credits required for graduation. Carrie went on to obtain an Associate of Applied Science degree in Massage Therapy from Ivy Tech College and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2013.

In addition to her professional work, Carrie dedicates several days a week to caring for her elderly parents. She is also passionate about gardening and operates a small herbal business, growing and selling medicinal plants. Her interests include home decor, music, cooking, entertaining, crafting, creating art, and spending time with her beloved dogs.

According to a recent article by Waldo Amadeo, here’s how sound and vibration healing benefits the nervous system:

1. Calms the Sympathetic Nervous System: The sympathetic nervous system is responsible for the fight-or-flight response. When this system is overactive due to stress or anxiety, the body remains in a constant state of alert, making relaxation and healing difficult.
