Happy birthday to the very definition of a strong woman!! This badass had not only skydived & thrown out TWO first pitches for the , but has spent the last few months on the front lines of this pandemic, taking care of those most in need of oxygen. She’s personified living life to the fullest for my whole life, and if I grow up to be half as amazing as she is, I’ll consider myself the luckiest person on Earth!

Mommy, you’re an inspiration to me and Aria. We love you so much, and are so grateful for all you do!! Happy birthday! ♥️♥️♥️

Looking to put a twist on your practice? Adding spinal twists to your poses is a great way to release built up lactic acid while improving spinal flexibility! Something I’m sure we all could use a little help with right about now 😅

Parents! Looking for a fun way to get your kids moving and practicing? Yoga Jenga is a favorite in my kids classes! It’s crazy easy to make, too. You just need a generic brand Jenga game (blank ones easier to write on), a magic marker, and a list of poses! I even snuck a few suns in for Sun Salutation A. 😊
Get creative with it! You can even have them close their eyes, draw a few blocks out of a pile, and use them to make their own yoga sequences!

I got these blocks form a few years back, and has some blank ones for sale, too! Let me know if you try this, and what the verdict is. 😊

Staying home doesn’t have to keep you from your practice! When you need a break from binge watching, or have been sitting at your home desk for too long, try doing a few sun salutations! Just remember: inhale = up, exhale = down. 😊

It’s been a long day, you all.

Laundry is piled high, dishes fill the sink...and somehow the floor I’ve scrubbed twice today has dirt on it again. 😣

But Aria is fed & happy. She’s brushing her teeth, and getting ready to snuggle up with a bedtime story before she drifts off to sleep. Our day was full of smiles, laughter, and dancing; and now she gets to dream of all the fun we had.

It’s time for snuggles & sleep. Everything else can wait until morning.

Finally getting a chance to play along with the ! I’m loving this “leaning” tiger variation, you all. 😍 Sunday Hot 60 students, be on the lookout for this one tomorrow! 😘
wants us to share a fun and random fact, too, soooo here’s mine! I played bass guitar for several years after high school, and (mostly) taught myself off of old Ramones albums 😆 I doubt I could remember a single chord now, though! 😅♥️♥️
