Tomorrow, we’ve made the decision to cancel our regular classes in observance of the general strike and in response to the recent shootings in Minneapolis and ongoing violence across the country.

This was not an easy decision. After careful consideration, it felt more responsible to pause regular programming rather than move through the day as usual. Yoga is rooted in awareness, care, and nervous system regulation, and at times that means creating space rather than maintaining routine.

All teachers and staff will be paid as planned. In addition, I will be donating my personal earnings for the day to Trauma Recovery Institute, which focuses on trauma-informed healing and support.

Our Aromatherapy Reset workshop will still be held in the evening, as it is specifically designed to support the nervous system and offer grounding during stressful moments.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Thank you for being part of our community.
