Myopia (nearsightedness) is on the rise—especially in children. The good news? Early action can slow its progression and protect long-term eye health.

💡 Tips for Preventing or Slowing Myopia:
🟢 Spend more time outdoors (at least 2 hours/day)
🟢 Take regular screen breaks (follow the 20-20-20 rule, where every 20 minutes, you look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds)
🟢 Encourage good lighting when reading or using devices
🟢 Schedule annual comprehensive eye exams
