Today at our Portland location clients were able to partake in a mindfulness meditation and yoga class led by our very own clinician Tesla! Here at Zysk we believe in a holistic approach to recovery and wellness treating not only the disorder but the person, their thinking, and environment. We truly can recover together!

We’ve been busy the last couple of days—yesterday we were at the HOPE Conference, and today we’re at the NARR Conference in Manchester, New Hampshire. Grateful for these opportunities to connect, learn, and grow. Recovery never loses when you make meaningful connections!!
