Spencer and I have been battling a runny nose and cough for over two weeks now and just couldn’t seem to get rid of them completely.

Womens Vitalize

Majority of people have some sort of hormonal imbalance.

Unfortunately for me I have had endometriosis and if you have not experienced it I am thankful for you.

This ranges from mild to extreme and I was on the worse side of a lot of it.

My whole life I dealt with so many issues from this and I just had decided this was my life and I needed to accept the tough times I had from it.

I have always been a coffee drinker and thankfully I at least drank is black BUT I could have easily been drinking 2-3 pots a day.

Yes, I am said pots not cups 🤦🏻‍♀️

I am not down to maybe 1 a day and sometimes I’ll skip it! There are some days that I may have two but I try to make one decaf, I love the taste of coffee so it’s hard to eliminate completely.

Q Sport has given me more energy than my coffee did, no crash and I don’t get headache withdraw, when I don’t drink them!

Are you like me and struggle to get a good nights sleep?💤💤💤

Most my life I’ve struggled with falling asleep and staying asleep. No matter how long I stayed in bed, I always woke up tired.

I’ve tried prescriptions, over the counter and nothing really seemed to work for me.

Earlier this year I was searching for something and I don’t think I even knew what I was searching for at the time.

One day someone introduced me to Q and I was so hesitant at first.

I wanted to make lifestyle changes and just become a better, healthier person overall. I didn’t want to lose weight quick pill or a fad diet. I wanted something to change inside of me and I wanted to just feel better!

I budgeted everything carefully and didn’t have a bunch of money to throw out there but I knew I needed to make a change.

So I jumped in head first and here we are now! I feel better than I have in 15+ years and I truly am loving myself and happier than I really every being.

Personally I have known that due to hereditary health concerns and being at a higher risk for multiple health issues, I always should have been paying attention more. Having had cancer myself, I should have opened my eyes more but unfortunately it did not.
