Spencer and I have been battling a runny nose and cough for over two weeks now and just couldn’t seem to get rid of them completely.

Womens Vitalize

Majority of people have some sort of hormonal imbalance.

Unfortunately for me I have had endometriosis and if you have not experienced it I am thankful for you.

This ranges from mild to extreme and I was on the worse side of a lot of it.

I have always been a coffee drinker and thankfully I at least drank is black BUT I could have easily been drinking 2-3 pots a day.

Yes, I am said pots not cups 🤦🏻‍♀️

I am not down to maybe 1 a day and sometimes I’ll skip it! There are some days that I may have two but I try to make one decaf, I love the taste of coffee so it’s hard to eliminate completely.

Are you like me and struggle to get a good nights sleep?💤💤💤

Most my life I’ve struggled with falling asleep and staying asleep. No matter how long I stayed in bed, I always woke up tired.

I’ve tried prescriptions, over the counter and nothing really seemed to work for me.

Then I found our sleep spray! This was life changing for me! For the first time I would fall asleep within 30 minutes and actually stay asleep all night! It’s an amazing feeling to wake up feeling well rested! 😊
