Not the land.

At some point, pushing through stopped being a choice and just became how you function.
You get through long shifts and longer days.
You show up for your patients.
You take care of your family.
You keep going, even when you’re running on empty.

And from the outside, it works.

But your body keeps the score.

The tension.
The irritability.
The exhaustion that doesn’t go away with a day off.

Slowing down isn’t something you failed to figure out.

“What do I want to support within myself this year?”
