Is this menopause or am I trippin’?

If your body feels different, you’re not imagining it. Join us for an open and informative conversation about menopause, what’s happening in the body, and how it can impact mental health.

This free webinar centers Black women and their lived experiences, while welcoming loved ones who want to better understand and support.

We’ll cover common symptoms, what often goes unspoken, and create space for honest questions and real answers with Dr. Michelle Cooke and Robyn Minefee, LPC.

📅 Wednesday, February 11th at 7pm
🎟 Free event/webinar

Cracks don’t always mean broken.
Sometimes they mean stretched, weathered, lived-in, still standing.

If you’re feeling worn, changed, or not quite the same — this is your reminder that survival leaves marks, and that’s not something to be ashamed of.

Growth doesn’t always look pretty, but it’s still growth.

Returning to work and home after the holidays can feel like a full-body reset. The routines come back fast, but your nervous system might still be catching up.

This is your reminder that you don’t have to rush your way back into “normal.” Ease in. Reground yourself. Take breaks when you can. And remember, productivity will come, but regulation comes first.

Let this transition be soft, intentional, and supportive. You’re allowed to re-enter at your own pace.

Save this for your first week back and share it with someone who needs the reminder too.

As 2025 comes to an end, I just want to say thank you.
Thank you for the love, the support, the encouragement, the trust, and the moments of connection that made this year so meaningful. Whether you walked with me closely or supported from afar, it all mattered more than you know.

This year stretched me, taught me, and reminded me to stay present through it all. I’m deeply grateful for every lesson, every win, and every moment of growth.

As I step into 2026, I’m doing so with an open heart. I’m looking forward to the beautiful growth, new opportunities, deeper alignment, and all the goodness that awaits. Here’s to continued healing, expansion, and becoming.

Cheers to closing this chapter with gratitude and welcoming the next with excitement and grace.

Holiday PSA:
In the season of giving, don’t forget to give something to yourself too.
Movement. Fresh air. Joy. Accomplishment.

Showing up for my body, my mind, and my spirit, one mile at a time.
Because self-care is part of the holiday spirit too.

The holidays can be heavy.
Joy and grief often sit side by side this time of year.

Today was a reminder that behind the lights, the gatherings, and the smiles, some people are carrying more than we can see. And it’s okay to name that. It’s okay to not be okay.

If this season feels overwhelming, isolating, or painful—you are not weak, broken, or failing. You’re human. And you deserve support, gentleness, and care.

Check on your people.
Slow down when you can.
And if you’re struggling, please reach out—your life matters more than any moment you’re trying to survive.

Holding space for all of it. 🤍
