The other day I saw a friend of mine that I haven’t seen in years. I almost didn’t recognize her. She actually came up to me and said ”hi”. My mouth about dropped open! She looked amazing! I felt a bit awkward, because I was caught off guard how great she looked and I couldn’t believe my eyes! Finally, I just said, “You look awesome, what have you been doing to get in such great shape”. She Said, “You know that I was way over weight before, and I was finally tired of not feeling well and always out of breath! Plus I was a borderline type 2 diabetic!”. So I said, “Don’t leave me hanging! What have you been doing”? She said that she had started the ADF 36/12 program and had lost over 100 pounds!
