When we obsess about what others are doing, we make room for doubt to creep in. Much of our insecurities comes from our addiction to comparison and trying to keep up to what others seem to be doing and accomplishing.

We become mirage-chasers addicted to Photoshop illusions & harvester of ego, greed, and envy.

We think that superficial grass is greener, but it’s not. It’s still just grass.
You’re incomparable.

There is no one like you. If we spent as much time focusing on our bigger dreams as we do in watching others live theirs, we’d be happier and making a bigger dent in the kingdom. So stop comparing and staring. Comparison cripples our confidence and compromises or calling.

👉🏼If you have an opportunity in front of you, something that you want to try, but deep down you think you’re not going to be able to make that online business work, who would want to buy from you?.. at least TRY!

Put Aside the Shame of Yesterday

It’s easy to wake up with the shame of yesterday still weighing heavily on you.

We love to replay past mistakes in our mind, and carry them around like chains.
But this is why I love mornings so much..
it’s a Fresh Start. If a renewed perspective with the Lord becomes your one goal for the morning, then it’s easier to let go of the mistakes you made yesterday.

This is why New Year’s Resolutions are such a big thing. We are more motivated to take action after we feel like the slate has been wiped clean for us.

I bet if you would wake up early in the mornings with intent to do something positive, rather than grudgingly wake up to rush into your day hoping something by positive happens- you would become a morning person and crave that quiet positive time alone before your day starts.

Read something positive. Find an easy uplifting devotional.
🖊️ Journal- write down the or pray away the shame of yesterday’s mistake and close the door on them.
Start your day with a fresh start.

Or just sit without scrolling and write 5 things down you have to be grateful for.
🛑 Stop increasing your cortisol levels by constantly distracting yourself with scrolling and look around you… do you even remember what it is you prayed for that you now have, that you ignore gratitude for?
