Weightlifting PSA part 1

Including:
🔹️Pregnant/ post-partum women
🔹️People with chronic conditions (osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, dementia, HIV, hx of cancer)
🔹️People with disabilities
The World Health Organization and National Strength & Conditioning Association agree that it is both safe, and effective for you to participate in resistance training to reap massive health benefits (more on these in the future)
If you've stopped resistance training, or never started out of fear of injury, or a belief that's unnessecary, dangerous, or bad for you... please know that the overall benefits to your health and well-being FAR outweigh the potential for injury when done well
