Katie is a native to Houston, TX. She is a woman in long term recovery who believes sobriety can be achieved by anyone. Katie is a certified recovery coach and started her journey in the recovery industry working with pregnant women and women with children at Santa Maria Hostel. She believes in meeting people where they are at and in being an understanding peer in someone's journey. Her recovery started at Methodist Hospital when the nursing staff treated her with love and kindness after giving birth to her son and it is her mission to pay those gestures forward.
Katie is very passionate in helping others achieve sobriety. She is looking forward to bringing her experience, strength, and hope to the Oakvine team and offering services to as many people suffering as possible.

🌿🍂Please help us give a warm welcome to Rachael Ashcraft! She is coming on as our primary therapist, and we are THRILLED to have her. Rachael is an LMFT Associate, supervised by Dr. Alycia DeGraff, LMFT-S. Rachael was born and raised in Kansas City, KS, and has lived in Austin for the last year and a half. She enjoys working with individuals, and has extensive experience working with individuals with a history of trauma. Rachael identifies as an experiential therapist, meaning she often uses interventions in the present moment such as mindfulness, and uses EMDR with her clients to process unresolved trauma, anxiety and limiting beliefs. In her free time, Rachael enjoys hiking with her dog Zeppelin, practicing yoga, and watching live music with friends.

🌿🍂 Our team is growing! Say hi to Taylor Maserang, our new Clinical Director! We are beyond excited to have her on with us.
Taylor Maserang is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). She earned her bachelor’s degree in Community, Family, and Addiction Services from Texas Tech University where she focused on addiction and recovery. She earned her clinical master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Tech where she focused on addiction disorders, recovery studies, individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as juvenile justice and reintegration.
Taylor started her journey as a therapist in the juvenile justice system working at the Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD) with juvenile offenders and their families. She then transitioned to residential care for juvenile offenders and focused on individual and family therapy, as well as reintegration. In her most recent role, Taylor was previously the Clinical Director of a 60+ bed inpatient facility for substance use disorders in Texas.
In her free time, she likes to spend time with her daughter, family, and her two pups, Tucker and Finn.
