Creating hormone-healthy habits doesn’t have to be hard — start small with a few shifts and you’ll feel the difference!! Some of our favorite hormone healthy habits:

✨ using nontoxic period care (oh hey, that’s us 😉)
✨ ditching the plastic (water bottles, food storage… you name it)
✨ swapping to nontoxic household and beauty products (makeup, cleaning supplies, candles, perfumes, etc.)
✨ getting sunlight in the morning
✨ eating before having caffeine
✨ prioritizing protein-rich breakfasts
✨ focusing on lower-impact movement
✨ sleeping for 8+ hours a night
✨ doing stress-relieving activities
