If you’ve ever thought about personal training, THIS WEEK is the week. 🎉

I can’t stress enough how many women have come to me completely discouraged from trying everything and getting nowhere with their health. Or maybe they’ve made some progress on their own but they don’t know how to keep going throughout all of life’s seasons.

There’s a LOT of information out there that is completely misguided and tbh it’s made me madder than hell. The lack of support for ACTUALLY healthy transformation is unreal.

You don’t need all of the shiny objects being directed at you for weight loss and body recomposition. You need a plan that works with you and someone who hears you, calls you up, and helps you reach your goals & BEYOND.

Because my birthday is next week, I want to give some presents away myself. For any client that joins you get some nice little surprises including a yeti, a cookbook, supplements and more.

Client Spotlight - Bri Wolfe
I wish I could go and find the first message Bri ever sent me. I remember it like it was yesterday though. So much desperation and knowing she didn’t have to live the way she was.

Like all of us at some point - she was battling anxiety and depression. School was kicking her ass, and she knew as she studied to become a pharmacist- she needed to pursue a healthier life.

4 years of working together, Bri’s is the strongest I’ve seen her not just physically but mentally and emotionally. She did the hard work over the last years and showed up with all she could in every season of her life.

l’ve seen her graduate, get a job, get married, leave the soul sucking job, and continue to pour into better habits for herself.

This one hits home because I was once where she was at a long time ago. And when you finally put your health first, stop abandoning your needs, you truly change fron the inside out.

If you keep asking yourself how much longer can you live like this? The answer shouldn’t be “l’Il start next Monday.” The answer should be I’ll start right now.

Because bold of you to assume you have so many more

You’re not crazy for thinking about it at all. It’s literally all over the place. And you’re not “weak” for feeling like nothing is working either.

When a woman comes to me saying she’s considering GLP-1s or peptides, it’s usually not because she’s lazy…
It’s because she’s tired and discouraged.

She’s tried. She’s been consistent in her own way… and still feels stuck in a body that isn’t responding.

I have so much compassion for that version of you.
But I’m also going to be honest with you because well you know me lol.. I can’t help it.

A lot of the women I work with haven’t actually been given the right foundations yet.

I’m talking about actually eating enough to support your body, building muscle and strength, understanding your own body, and cleaning up the patterns that keep you stuck in loops.

Because if those things aren’t in place, nothing else is going to get the results you want- or at least keep it off without them.

Before you decide it’s your only option, give your body a real chance to respond.

There is still a way forward that doesn’t require you to disconnect from your body to change it. And you don’t have to figure that out alone. 🫶🏻

Love you, mean it.

I’ve lived it. When I was in my teens, the expectation was to be as thin as possible by all means necessary. Risk your health.

In my 20’s the fitness industry was very much “no one cares, work harder.” More grind. Force yourself into exhaustion for the sake of being/looking fit. But not too muscular- still small. Risk your health.

Even today, with everything forced upon you to lose weight.. risk. your. health.

But not round here partner. Not round here.

You likely don’t struggle from a discipline problem (or maybe you do a bit), but it’s an approach problem.

You’re trying to measure success by an old way of thinking that was mirrored through disorder and burnout. We don’t have to operate that way anymore.

A classic split to hit every 👏🏼 single 👏🏼 muscle in your upper body to create the strong, hourglass figure women come to me wanting!

A1. Lat Pull Down 3x12-15 (1 warm up, 2 working sets)
B1. SA DB Row 3x12-15
C1. Rear Delt Fly 3x15 (I forgot to video, sue me)
D1. DB Lateral Raise 3x15
D2. DB Bicep Curl 3x8
E1. Cable Tricep Pushdown 3x15

Tip!- If movements have the same letter followed by different numbers like D1 & D2, that’s stating they’re a super set and should be completed back to back with minimal rest! The rest comes after both movements are completed before the next round.

Keep rest around 1:00-1:30, and remember you should be training to near failure for the reps and sets prescribed!! Gotta drive the struggle bus to build shape!

Golllyyyy the fitness industry loves to act like you just need more discipline and to be more consistent.

Follow this pdf program that chat made up and just ya know, stay motivated lol.

But if you’re trying to lose weight when nothing has worked for you before longer than a few weeks, that’s not going to cut it.

It CAN be overwhelming with so many variables and moving pieces. Training, nutrition, recovery, hormones, stress, mindset.. ON TOP of everything else you have going on in your life.. girl. 🫠

But that doesn’t have to be the reason you quit again.

You don’t have to figure it out by yourself anymore. And you don’t have to be “tougher” and “have more discipline”. You need guidance and support of someone who’s been doing this song and dance helping women for the last 10 years.

So ya no sorry for the jump scare- I’m not quitting coaching. I just don’t want YOU to quit because it’s too overwhelming and hard. 💜

Because I fear every woman I’ve ever coached has struggled with this..

Going on vacation shouldn’t come with food fear and thinking you’ll gain 10lbs overnight. Even having one “off meal” shouldn’t have guilt & shame attached.

A LOT of my clients experience food freedom in “free meals” as we call them while still hitting fat loss milestone because I don’t believe you should be so terribly strict that you can’t experience life.

Now, I will say “balance” is earned. If you’ve been eating like a toddler with zero boundaries, we do have to rein that in and swing the pendulum the other way to really understand what balance looks/feels like.
But that’s another post for another time.
