Thank you to everyone who joined us for at Pinthouse Brewing. It was a great way to spend the morning moving, learning, and connecting.
We started at the top with the neck and wrists, worked our way into the shoulders, and finished with new techniques around squatting.
The focus was on how to build strength through better positioning and how small changes in technique can make a big difference in what you feel and control.
These classes are about more than just stretching—they’re about understanding your body, improving how your joints move, and carrying those lessons into everyday life.
