Low back pain? It’s not always your back that’s the culprit. Sitting a lot leaves your hamstrings, hip flexors, and abdominal muscles in a shortened position and if you do not counteract it with some form of physical activity you will likely experience weakness in these muscles aswell. As a massage therapist I would love to say the answer is massage and you should get all the massages from me but the truth is that you are gonna need to pick up the activity level and strengthen in a full range of motion your hamstrings, abdominals, and glutes. However- massage makes a great supplement to help this come along quicker and help you make some discoveries about your body along the way ☺️

Even through we all know laundry is sacred and I typically Imbue each and every sheet with the love of my own hands as I fold them, it’s ok to take a break!

Here is our massage laundry after I took it in to get done at our local Spincycle Coin Laundry on Guadalupe. It was such a treat taking an extra evening off from laundry to relax and decompress.

Life is wild! Don’t be afraid to give yourself something a little extra this week that will make you happy.
