We are SO excited to announce our next quarterly challenge - Root for Yourself! The theme is Stay Wise - and this coincides perfectly with April Financial Literacy Month and May Mental Health Awareness Month.

We call this "Root for Yourself" because, as we know, consistency is key. Plants need a little fresh soil, sunlight, water, and TLC every day in order to bloom - just like us. At the end of the month if the leaves are wilting and brown, pouring a whole watering can into the pot will not suddenly yield strong, vibrant petals overnight. However, a few extra moments each day can support an entire garden. If a tree is cut down (metaphor for burnout!) but the roots are strong, it will persevere. Little green plants pop up in the tiny spaces of the sidewalk because although they are in a tough environment, they have everything they need to grow and rise above the concrete.

We hope you all picked up on the analogy here - we are just like plants! Now that we have practiced forming a healthy habit, begin to Root for Yourself 🌞🌻
