Lots of posts about transitions lately! I’ve been thinking about the archetypes I am living with and the different parts of myself that are alive and calling my attention as a Creative in this world. I got married last year and changed my last name from “Seitzer“ to “Robbins“ I was debating what to do about my business name and thinking about my identity as a therapist. I decided to change my business name to Alice Blue Therapy, which is an artful identity of my own that coincides with my musician self. This represents my powerful part with creative fairy energy along with the mothering, loving energy that it takes to be a therapist. I feel aligned with this name and excited to expand my practice in all of these different creative directions that are bubbling up.
So here I am, Alice Robbins, and Alice Blue, somatic expressive arts, nature therapist, ready to lead you to discover your magic and move through the stuck places💖💖💖

A piece about motherhood: This is my beautiful boy, Hazel, and a happy moment on this wild road. Every day and moment is definitely not like this one, but joy is one of the millions of emotions captured here. It is such a monumental transition that unravels and rebuilds us into different versions of ourselves. Every woman has a different journey into motherhood, all of them shifting the tectonic plates of our reality.
I have decided to expand my work to work with moms and perinatal mental health, currently in training to be a perinatal mental health counselor. My vision is to combined nature-based, somatic, and expressive arts therapies to support women through the pregnancy and postpartum journey💖

Enjoying the wintery wisdom of the natural world. The time to slow down and settle in. I still love to walk in the woods and see the textures and skeletons of the trees. I noticed that nature allows rest, counterculture to the urgings in our society. But the truth is revealed in the natural world, and we deserve rest as humans, as animals, as heartful beings💖

I am thrilled to announce this group that I will be starting in March. Wilderness therapy is a passion of mine and I have been dreaming to lead this group for three years now. Finally this idea and creative organism is coming to life. This is a group for healers and Therapists to explore your internal world and then use what has impacted you with your clients and humans that you work with. 🧚🏼‍♂️
We will journey into the depths of your inner wisdom. Each week we will do different activities outside and process them together through movement, speaking, and any other expression that fits. These modalities have changed my life and I would love to talk with you more about them if you are interested💖💖💖
