We know how to make it more fun, but HOW do we transition?
Are you trying to transition your kids' diet into something much healthier? It seems like a daunting task. The foods made for children are meant to be addictive. They have food additives for extra "oomph," food dyes, and other toxic ingredients that are meant to make food more fun and exciting. These ingredients end up making the switch much harder, since they trick the kids' brain into thinking healthy food doesn't taste good. 😞
We want to help! Dr. Oubre and Aubree dive into the ways to help transition your kids diet. It may take time, but be patient. We've seen SO many kids successfully make the switch, to the point where they're asking for fruits and veggies over the processed snacks they were once used to. 🎉
