Spencer Fano is a baaad man.

Offensive Lineman face some of the most gruesome injuries in football and on average teams use 10 different starters upfront in a single season.

Which is why Cleveland just won the draft by taking 3 offensive lineman.

Melvin Ingram had 31.5-inch arms and was still one of the toughest players I ever had to line up across from.

Shorter-armed linemen have to win with earlier feet, better leverage, cleaner hands, stronger posture, and more repeatable technique.

Will the Steelers have one of the best offensive lines in 2026?

Gennings Dunker and Max Iheanachor bring real trench traits to Pittsburgh.

Dunker has that Iowa offensive line DNA. Heavy hands. Good strain. Plays with the kind of body control and nastiness that travels inside.

Iheanachor gives them length, mass, and tackle tools. When you can add a frame like that with developmental upside, you are betting on the next 10 years, not just next Sunday.

The Steelers have always been at their best when the line sets the tone.

Swipe through and watch the pass pro.

This could be the start of a new wall in Pittsburgh.

You don’t need to be perfect to play O-line.

But you do need to be resilient.

That’s what separates the guys who last.

With draft season coming up, I’ve been thinking a lot about my own path to the NFL.

I didn’t grow up expecting to play professional football. I was a Division II player who just kept improving year after year until suddenly the opportunity was there.

You never know where the game can take you if you keep putting in the work.

For every player chasing the dream right now: your path might not look like anyone else’s.
