✨That’s why we are offering a free class for new and expecting parents to feel more grounded, informed, and supported as you get to know your baby.

Since as long as I can remember, my heart has been set on becoming a mom. Nurturing, loving, and caring for little ones has always been my passion, driving my love for what I do. Watching infants thrive and learn fills me with happiness. But what took me by surprise was how deeply I would cherish working with mothers as well.

My journey to motherhood began with the challenges of infertility. Over the past few years, I evolved from a plant mom to a dog mom, and now, mom to my baby boy, Ahad. Looking back, I am deeply grateful for the incredible support of fellow moms, who lifted me up, inspired me, and showered me with love as I navigated fertility treatments, pregnancy, and early postpartum days!

On my first Mother’s Day, I am reminded of the strength and resilience of mothers everywhere. Your unwavering support and compassion have been my rock. Thank you for helping me grow and showing me the true essence of motherhood.

Happy Mother’s Day to my mom, MIL, grandma, and all the amazing moms out there! I know today can bring mixed emotions. Remember, you’re not alone. Sending lots of love and strength your way! 💕

👋 Meet Dr. Nicole Enas PT, DPT

A little about her:
📍Nicole is from Austin and has lived here for nearly her whole life.

🐶She’s an animal lover, having grown up with various pets, from dogs and cats to horses and chickens. She looks forward to the day when she can have some land and lots of animals again!

🌱Over the last few years, she has developed a passion for green leafy plants, cultivating a near-jungle in her room. She’s still working on mastering the art of growing flowers consistently.

📚Nicole earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio in 2020. Throughout her education, she knew she wanted to specialize in pediatrics, a desire that only intensified during her pediatric rotation and subsequent work in the field. She love helping little ones learn, grow, improve, and love seeing the way their eyes light up when they figure out a new skills (or just find their hands for the first time!) 👶

It’s been a bit quiet on my end, but with good reason – my focus was dedicated to growing a little one over the past year! Experiencing pregnancy firsthand has given me a deeper understanding of some of the ups and downs that my clients may face. I’m excited to share my journey as a first-time mom and explore this new phase of parenthood with all of you. This experience has truly shifted my perspective and enriched my understanding of parenthood profoundly. 🤍

We’ve also had another exciting addition to the Wonder Pediatric PT team! We welcomed Dr. Nicole Enas, PT, DPT in January. Specializing in infants, she brings expertise in treating torticollis, gross motor delays, and plagiocephaly. With additional coursework and mentorship for infants with tongue tie and breastfeeding challenges, Dr. Nicole is a valuable addition to our team. I am thrilled to share that Stephanie and I have partnered to bring the Play and Wonder class to you! 👶

✨This baby play class is taking place on November 11 at Pease District Park, is specifically designed for parents with babies from birth to walking (0-15 months).

✨During the class, we will incorporate music and developmentally appropriate play activities and movement for your little ones. The class will be interactive with music, dance, and singing for the whole family.

✨We will have time to answer any developmental questions that you may have and screen for torticollis, plagiocephaly and milestones.

✨ This workshop also provides a chance to
connect with other families and build a supportive community.
