One week after upper and lower lid blepharoplasty with Dr. Sean Paul. This patient is off to amazing start as she recovers from surgery! She has appropriate swelling around the eyes that will improve over the next few weeks. It's not about the destination it's about the journey! This is one my favorite cases. Ectropion is a condition where the lower eyelids can turn out as we age. This can lead to tearing from ones eyes and an unwanted pink appearance on the lower lids. Surgical treatment for this completed by tightening the eyelids laterally and also adding lid everting sutures to help place the lids in their natural position. Here my patient is pictured 2 months after surgical repair of the lower lids.
