I truly believe that our success starts and ends with our health. It’s time to pay more attention to our body and set health and fitness goals. Being mentally and physically fit reduces stress, anxiety and depression. It also enhances mental performance and productivity.
I believe in two mantras of fitness 1) Quantified Nutrition- Measuring food(macros) 2) Strength Training- this helps in building muscles which in turn burn more calories even at rest, thereby increasing our Resting Metabolism.
Being a mom I can say one thing for sure that fitness is necessity for lifetime, as a “fit mom means fitter home”. I have learnt a very important lesson through my own trials and errors that there is no magic pill or potion for getting fit. Don’t look for temporary fixes rather take something that you can take as lifestyle change for a better tomorrow.
So lets get Fit together because you’re worth it! If I can Do this So can you. :)
