My journey from IT Industry to Fitness Industry. 👩‍💻➡️🏋️‍♀️

💫 It started in 2017 when I was working on my transformation and was relying heavily on google and random youtube videos. Then one day my friend introduced me to the

💫 Since then learning has never stopped. In 2018 during my pregnancy I enrolled for INFS Foundation and Expert and Exercise Science Specialist courses

💫 Whatever I learned I started applying myself. Started with including “Quantified Nutrition” as a daily habit and then in no time it came in routine.

💫 2019 was all about getting adjusted in “Mommy” life. It was surely not easy to manage time with the small baby. But today when I see back I feel it was all worth it.

💫 After working on my transformation I started helping my friends and family members and in the process I realised my passion for “Fitness” and “spreading awareness” about all the myths we have regarding weight loss.

💫 I feel privileged to be part of the FITTR community wherein I can help more and more people to achieve their Health and Fitness goals. It will be my pleasure to share my knowledge, experience and passion for fitness with you all.

Bench Dips or triceps dips on bench is a compound, body weight exercise focussing on your triceps and at the same time improving strength in your shoulders and chest.
Equipment Needed :- You just need a bench or chair or table to perform the exercise anywhere you want.
PS : If in case you have any shoulder injury or you feel any discomfort in shoulder while doing it then check with your Doctor before doing it.

Your success is found in your daily routine because success doesn't come from what you do occasionally, rather it comes from what you do consistently every single day.
The moment you feel like giving up, just remember why you started in first place. Always keep your “WHY” in your mind. And you would be unstoppable.
The day that “Miracle” happens you would be so happy that you started your journey and never gave up on yourself.

👉 Fiber is mainly found in fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole wheat.
👉 It’s best known for preventing or relieving constipation.
👉 Also known as Roughage or bulk, includes parts of plant food that cannot be digested by our body.

👉 In case of hormonal imbalance or disorder can result in egg stored in follicles not getting matured and hence not released from the ovaries.
👉 Resulting in the formation of small cysts in the ovaries.
👉 This condition is known as Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD).

👉 I feel so overwhelmed to present to you all 12 weeks of transformation of my client
He always trusted the process and followed everything from the start. More than any plan, It’s the trust that works the most.
Here is a brief Intro about him:-
👉 He is currently working in the VFX Industry as Software Eng in London. Once the lockdown happened, he felt his lifestyle had become mostly sedentary. Staying at home the whole day and eating whatever he could grab with the busy schedule.
👉 When we had our first conversation regarding Health in fitness, he said he mainly wants to focus on his general well being and look fit.
👉 Once I got to know about his eating habits and all the exercise and medical history, I made a plan as per the specifications and his habits. And I can say with pride that he followed everything to the point.

Being Fit is always in Trend..

I truly believe that our success starts and ends with our health. It’s time to pay more attention to our body and set health and fitness goals. Being mentally and physically fit reduces stress, anxiety and depression. It also enhances mental performance and productivity.

I believe in two mantras of fitness 1) Quantified Nutrition- Measuring food(macros) 2) Strength Training- this helps in building muscles which in turn burn more calories even at rest, thereby increasing our Resting Metabolism.

Being a mom I can say one thing for sure that fitness is necessity for lifetime, as a “fit mom means fitter home”. I have learnt a very important lesson through my own trials and errors that there is no magic pill or potion for getting fit. Don’t look for temporary fixes rather take something that you can take as lifestyle change for a better tomorrow.

So lets get Fit together because you’re worth it! If I can Do this So can you. :)
