What’s your motivation to live a healthy life?

This is my family! They are my whole world and my motivation to grow stronger, stay healthy, & live a balanced fruitful life. Not only do I have internal motivation such as the desire to feel energetic, strong, and yes to look good 😁 because who doesn’t but an external one. I want to keep up with my boys. To be able to kick their butts as long as I can before they are to big! To be a mom who can have new adventures with them and not hold them back. I also want to be there for my grandkids and be able to play with them. To have great health so my children don’t need to take care of me for years or worry that I’ll need major help the older I get. I want to love them by doing all I can to be the best I can so they have a strong mother who will be there for them throughout their whole lives. All of this is what motivates me to get up each morning to drink I huge smoothie & workout. My family needs me and I need to take care of myself so I can take care of them. 💪🏻

On the right is 2 weeks postpartum with Fynn and on the left 1 week with Jason. Our bodies are amazing!

I am at 6 weeks PP today and I am starting to pick up yoga and some upper body lifting such as bench and overhead press. It’s incredible to think that only 6 weeks ago I was praying for him to get a move on and now he is going on 2 months 😩😭 honestly it feels like a life time already 😂🤪

The best thing you can give yourself once having a baby is to love your body what ever it looks like and help it get stronger and healthier! The first time I was frustrated and embarrassed also I had a issue with my b***s that caused more harm mentally in this area but this time I looked at it all different pregnant and I look at it different now. I am thankful for the amazing things my body has done and can’t wait to help it get stronger for what ever is next.

Throwing it back to the honeymoon in 2016! I can’t believe it’s almost been 5 years! We have had 6 jobs between us both, moved 5 times (within 2 states & 2 countries), 5 animals, & now 2 kids 🤪🤣 it’s been a heck-tick adventure but worth it all with him!

We are celebrating the last few days of August with making Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies & both boys approve. Plant based + refined sugar free 🙌🏻 Thanks for the keeper!

Introducing Fynn Roger Mathieu 🤍 born Wednesday, August 5 at 2:20 am. He came to us fast and perfect beautiful. We have been in new born heaven, getting all the snuggles we can. He is just a sweetheart and the three of us are so in love 🥰

Lil Jason is officially ✌🏻 today! I can’t believe we have a two year old! He is the best thing ever and I am beyond happy to have him filling up my life with sunshine, laughs, and donuts! I love you my mini mathu 🤍🤍🤍

We had a lovely birthday weekend for our little boy and today I crashed full alseep while he climbed all over me for an hour 😅🤪 a wonderful way to spend a Sunday afternoon and now I get cake 👏🏻

32 weeks (+ 5 days) with our little boy! It’s been a crazy week! Found out I was counting a week behind my actual baby week 😅, I am dilated a 1.5 cm and having contractions most nights like crazy (nothing close enough to head to the hospital yet thankfully!)

🤍 I am still working out though I have changed my goals and routine. No more explosive HIIT that will cause the baby down.

🤍 We are finalizing the house for this little babe. Cleaning like crazy!

🤍 & we have a birthday boy this weekend! We have an official 2 year old 😱🥰😆 it’s crazy how big he is!
