What do you do to honor one of your besties who passed away in 2015 while serving Travis County and her favorite color was purple?? Well, brewed purple beer!! Truth! Purple Pea Flower Saison! And rumor has it - it rocks!! Come have one with a commemorative pint glass as we celebrate Kristin’s legacy and love of life! Proceeds of The Butterfly Effect benefit Operation Get Out, a 501c3 founded in honor of Kristin McLain and Jessica Hollis. At OpGetOut our mission is rooted in wellness, nature and water and our team has experienced decades experiencing that mission through a passion for the rivers, trails and backroads of the Texas Hill Country. 🩵Our soul pains for these communities. 💔We are humbled and honored to support wherever possible and grateful to be asked to assist in providing an adaptive swingset for Camp Camp so kids of all abilities can experience the joy and wellness of nature.

So grateful to for their mission to remind and reconnect us all to the true meaning of Memorial Day by honoring those that paid the ultimate sacrifice. We are extremely honored to be a Nonprofit Partner of Carry The Load to assist with the reach of their mission. This year was extremely special with Jessica Hollis included in the bus murals…symbolism to all that remembering her ultimate sacrifice - along with others we have loved and lost - will outlive all of us through Carry The Load. Thank you CTL!

A huge shout out to those that came out to support to meet up with the volunteer team making their way across the country from Seattle to Dallas for this weekend’s Memorial May event. With a mission to remember our heroes and walk with gratitude as they drive across the country, it was an honor to be part of their journey as the sun set in Leander last night. The OpGetOut family walked in memory of many - and so humbled to see Jessica Hollis as part of this year’s bus mural. Thank you, CTL. Your mission is so important - we are grateful 🙏🇺🇸

Join Operation Get Out as we walk in honor, remembrance, and unity alongside Carry The Load. This meaningful Get Out offers a chance to reflect, connect, and support CTL’s mission of restoring the true meaning of Memorial Day—honoring the service and sacrifice of our military, veterans, first responders, and their families.
This year, we walk with Jessica Hollis in our hearts. Her image is featured on the Carry The Load Memorial May bus mural, a moving tribute that travels the country to honor fallen heroes. As the relay team comes through Austin on the Northwest Route to Dallas, we invite you to join us in supporting Jessica’s memory and Operation Get Out’s commitment to support the message and cause of Carry The Load.
