There is nothing and I mean nothing that should come in between you getting your body strong for the age to come! I am strong today because I never stopped exercising… through it all. Pregnancies, school, taking care of little ones, life and everything in between! Even on days when this doesn’t feel comfortable or I want to give up, I still will try my best.

I’m on a bit of a Choline obsession at the moment. Choline is a Nutrient found in egg yolks and is truly a nutrient that isn’t talked about enough. Choline plays a huge role in methylation which is very important for all functions in the body. We are so good at prioritizing vitamins and talking about creatine, and yet we forget that eating eggs and egg yolks play an important role in glutathione production, neurotransmitter synthesis,heart health, liver health and brain health! ♥️

I’m so passionate about getting HRT right this time that I catered my entire 12 week program on educating women about their bodies. It’s true that every woman will go through menopause however we have so much control over it. We have Nutrition, sleep, exercise, the right supplements, and stress management. Have you ever wondered why some women never have any symptoms and then some have all? We have to be mindful of everything that we put in our body and as much as I’m happy that women’s health is taking a step forward, I’m just as careful and cautious that we do it right this time around.

I’m running a 12-Week Ketogenic Metabolic Program specifically designed for women in peri- and post-menopause.This is not a jump-into-keto overnight approach.

The program is designed to meet you exactly where you are right now,regardless of how you’re currently eating and safely, methodically guide you toward a ketogenic way of eating that supports hormones, brain health, metabolism, and long-term resilience.

Over the 12 weeks, we meet twice weekly:
Mondays (60 minutes) – education, physiology, and guided discussion
Thursdays (30 minutes) – practical application, integration, and support
If you can’t attend live, everything is recorded and sent out immediately.

Throughout the program, we cover 12 key metabolic topics that are essential for women in this phase of life including how ketosis interacts with hormones, the brain, inflammation, insulin sensitivity, stress physiology, and weight regulation.

These are topics that are rarely discussed together, and almost never taught through a female-specific, menopause-aware lens.
