Hi everyone
I’m running a 12-Week Ketogenic Metabolic Program specifically designed for women in peri- and post-menopause.This is not a jump-into-keto overnight approach.
The program is designed to meet you exactly where you are right now,regardless of how you’re currently eating and safely, methodically guide you toward a ketogenic way of eating that supports hormones, brain health, metabolism, and long-term resilience.
Over the 12 weeks, we meet twice weekly:
Mondays (60 minutes) – education, physiology, and guided discussion
Thursdays (30 minutes) – practical application, integration, and support
If you can’t attend live, everything is recorded and sent out immediately.
Throughout the program, we cover 12 key metabolic topics that are essential for women in this phase of life including how ketosis interacts with hormones, the brain, inflammation, insulin sensitivity, stress physiology, and weight regulation.
These are topics that are rarely discussed together, and almost never taught through a female-specific, menopause-aware lens.
