Having learned her reiki healing techniques directly from the studies of the first person to ever master the reiki healing energy, Dr. Mikao Usui, she has honed her craft over the years while continually expanding her studies. Since first being exposed to crystal energy work in 1999, Elizabeth has studied with multiple master crystal teachers from the Crystal Academy of Advanced Healing Arts locat
ed in Kapaa, Hawaii. She has been practicing the art of healing professionally since 2009. Through her use of crystals, reiki, channeling and intuition, Elizabeth has been able to help clients empower themselves not only mentally, but physically and spiritually. The end result of a session with Elizabeth is a client that experiences a state of mental well-being that includes feelings of clarity—on everything from personal relationships to day-to-day work life—as well as an unparalleled state of mental relaxation that rejuvenates and frees oneself from the trappings of our increasingly stressful existence. In addition to her mastery of the reiki healing energy and crystal energy work, Elizabeth is also a certified yoga instructor and regularly teaches Vinyasa flow 200 hour yoga in the greater Austin, TX, area.
