“The Vita Mission is to help individuals overcome tension, pain and/or trauma so that they can live optimally and activate positive change in their body, mind and soul,” says Autumn. “I believe, that as individuals gain greater awareness of their own body, they become empowered to build a successful life allowing them to positively impact the people around them.”

Vita Wellness, LLC operates under a philosophy that stands for personal integrity, active life styles and community involvement. Individuals come to trust Vita Wellness for their wellness care. Autumn says, “We encourage all our clients to live their lives powerfully by giving them tools to achieve new levels of wellbeing.”

“Now my business has the ability to offer three distinct services- table massage, chair massage and simple, yet stylized wellness products,” says Autumn, “which I believe creates a platform for optimal health.”
