Thanks to Dell Medical School who presented the "Stop the Bleed" campaign and taught us basic bleeding control techniques such as direct pressure, tourniquet use and wound packing.

Unfortunately Dr. Mercer has gotten the flu and had to cancel on today’s meeting. We will be rescheduling him to come speak on a different day, so be on the lookout!

Hello everyone! At our meeting this week, Dr. Jeffry Brand, a retired anesthesiologist and member of the Lifebox Speakers Bureau, will be sharing his insights into safer surgery and anesthesia in low-resource countries.
