🎉🎂 10 lessons I learned from 22 ➡️ 32
PS. thank you to everyone who made this weekend so incredibly special 🫶🏼
PPS. I 100% cried this morning, looking back at photos from 10 years ago 🤣 I honestly just felt so much for her.
At 22 I was “totally fine!!!”, but suffering in ways I didn’t have words for yet.
I had no idea I’d spend the next decade figuring out why I felt that way, and building an entire career helping other women out of the same darkness.
That 22 year old, made me & here’s what I learned along the way ⤵️
1. F** Perfection. The version of me that moved imperfectly built everything I have today.
2. Social media will convince you you’re not enough. You are.
3. Community is medicine. I spent years in isolation. The relationships I’ve built have healed me in ways no protocol ever could.
4. Other people’s opinions should not always shape mine. I don’t have to make everyone happy.
5. You can change your identity without blowing up your whole life. Evolution doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing. You can become someone new one small decision at a time.
6. Your body is always trying to tell you something. We listen daily, and we don’t judge :)
7. The things that break you open usually define your purpose. I didn’t choose gut health because it was trending. I chose it because I lived through it.
8. Stop hiding.
9. “Grinding” is not a badge. TRUE happiness is the real trophy.
10. The woman you’re becoming is worth the discomfort. Take that messy action, start today, and remember it doesn’t have to be all or nothing.
Today I feel stronger, wiser, and more grounded in my purpose than I ever have.
If you’re in the thick of it with fatigue, inflammation, the “something is off but nobody can tell me what”….there’s a way through. I’ve lived it & spent years learning it.
Keep your head up, there IS a solution.
My greatest birthday gift is 🎂 helping one more person find their way out.
