The Relateful Company

The Relateful Company We help you build great relationships. Go from always longing for more to being peace with whatever

When we’re being relateful we’re not just growing personally—we’re making an ethical commitment to create a more compassionate world. We’re becoming evolution’s heart ❤️, opening to ever-more loving even in the face of unfathomable pain. We’re becoming awareness’s courage to speak the truth 🎤, especially when it challenges the foundations of who we think we are. With The Relateful Company we’re pr

acticing the society we want to see at large: full of imperfection, yet generous with praise, support, compassion and honesty. We’re building the personal and social capacity to look at ourselves and see the unseen (and therefore not let what hides in these shadows destroy us); to admit and redress our mistakes (and therefore stop never-ending cycles of 'justified' violence); to synthesize conservatism and liberalism (and therefore curb the temptation of self-righteousness) and generate more well-being for all. We’re training the kind of leadership that can hold our own reactivity and see it as just that. 🦎 We’re growing our grace in saying ‘NO’ 🙅 to what doesn’t align with goodness. We’re becoming God’s eyes 👁, seeing that we’re always seeing ourselves in the mirror—especially those 'others' which we can't stand—and surrendering to the complexity of 7 billion of us doing this in tandem. And we use abundant emojis, gifs and humor. 😂

We’re here for those of you who aren’t called into this too—supporting your simple enjoyment of being alive. Being human, imperfect, challenged, all of it. 🤩 As far as I’m concerned, this is what it’s all for. This moment now; being able to breathe and move forward with purpose and meaning into the freshness of each new now with gratitude. With 250+ sessions a month, ~10 sessions a day, 60+ hours of instructional material, and two dozen of the world's best facilitators, this is a place to supercharge your developmental journey in presence, cleaning up your shadow, and interpersonal intelligence. It's also a place where you'll learn to embrace a fuller, wholer version of you. Common outcomes:

• Feeling radically alive
• Exploring depths you never knew existed
• Feeling the perfection, beauty, and innocence of every moment
• Radical self expression
• Strong leadership even in the face of difficult personal and relational challenges
• Developmental changes in “how” you see the
• world and yourself, not just “what” you can do
• A deeper embrace of reality and all there is
• Witness capacity
• State changes similar to years of meditation practice or even drugs
• Deeper intimacy with being

In this heartfelt conversation with Liz and Philip, singer, coach and Relatefulness facilitator Annabeth Novitzki speaks about the transformative journey of healing her relationship with food. She vulnerably explores the miracle of recognizing fullness and the relationship to the emotional hunger that has shaped her life. This episode dives into her insights, offering valuable lessons for anyone struggling with their relationship with food and more broadly with any kind of addictive or compulsive behavior.

The discussion also touches on the significance of group support in healing. Annabeth likens the experience of sharing her journey with others to belay climbing, where support from others allows for deeper exploration of oneself. This relational aspect of healing has enabled her to confront fears and emotions more bravely, fostering a sense of safety and connection that enhances her self-discovery.

Ultimately, she reminds us of one of the basic tenets of Relatefulness: the power of being with what's here, even when "what's here" is an experience of "not being OK," and doing so in connection with others.
