🥂 80% percent of the women who joined Back to Me want to reduce their alcohol consumption after a Summer that got a little off track. I understand completely. My Summer was off too. I don't drink alcohol very much any more, but between baseball travel with the boys and being on the road my nutrition slipped. 😑

It is not a failure when old habits creep back in. It happens to all of us. What matters is what we do next.
