I’m not training for a race. I’m training to trust myself.
I’m not training for a 5K. The race is just the checkpoint.

I’m training to become someone I trust. Someone who says she’s going to do something — and does it. No audience required.

Documenting it out loud is part of how I hold myself accountable.

So thank you for being part of that. You’re in the story too.

What are you training yourself to trust right now? Tell me below — I read every reply. 🧡

The doubt that sounds reasonable.
The doubt I deal with isn’t dramatic.

It doesn’t say “you can’t do this.”

It says things like — maybe this month isn’t the right time. Maybe don’t make it a whole thing. Maybe just do it casually.

And it sounds very reasonable.

But I’ve learned to recognize that voice. It’s not logic. It’s protection. It’s the part of me that would rather quietly lower the bar than risk falling short of the one I set.

I don’t fight it anymore.

I just say: I see you. And I’m going anyway.

Save this for the next time that voice shows up. It will. You’ll know what to do. 🧡

Not the fastest. Still crossing the line.
I’ve been in my head about race day.

About what I’ll look like out there. About being a curvy runner in a field of people who train differently than I do.

And I keep coming back to the same thing:

This was never about the clock.

It was about deciding that I’m someone who shows up. Who finishes. Who proves things to herself when no one is forcing her to.

I’ll probably walk some of it.
I’ll feel it for days after.
And I will be at that finish line.

That is who I am now.

If this is your kind of journey too — follow along. May 30th. 🧡

If you’re building financial habits as a woman and had a rough week — one bad week does not have to become the whole month.

Here’s the 3-step mid-month reset I use every time:

1️⃣ Look — What actually happened? Facts only, no spiral.
2️⃣ Redistribute — Move what’s left across your remaining weeks.
3️⃣ Recommit — Not to perfection. To direction.

A bad week in the middle doesn’t define the month. What you do on the other side does.

Comment RESET and I’ll send you the full framework. 👇

Three Weeks Out
Three weeks from the May 30th 5K. Here’s my honest update.

Things are going better than expected in some areas. Harder than I want to admit in others. And right now I’m in that specific feeling — close enough to see the finish line, far enough away that doubt still has room to talk.

I think a lot of people don’t say that part out loud.

I will.

Because this is what it actually looks like when you’re building something for real — in fitness, in money, in life. Not the highlight version. The real version.

Three weeks from the May 30th 5K as a curvy runner building financial habits at the same time. Here’s my honest progress + doubt update.

In this video: what’s working in my training after coming back from April, where my numbers actually stand (not perfect — directional), the specific kind of doubt that shows up three weeks before a goal, and what I’m doing about it.

This isn’t a highlight reel. It’s the real middle chapter of a story I started in January.

If you’ve been following along: thank you. If you’re new — this is Chapter 3. Start here, then catch up.

The middle is where the real work happens. Nobody posts about this part. 📍
The beginning has motivation. Race day has adrenaline. The middle? That’s just you — showing up because you said you would. No applause. No finish line in sight. Just the rep that actually counts.
Save this for your own middle weeks — in fitness, finances, or anything else you’re building. 🔖

15 minutes. Every Sunday. Movement and money — both.

This is the only routine that’s actually stuck for me as someone who used to be all-or-nothing with everything.

Save this and try it Sunday. Drop your answer to question 4 below 👇

Absolutely! Here you go:

Some days are chaos. Some mornings, I’m already thinking about the next goal before my feet hit the floor. But this right here reminds me: the life I’m building is worth every early wake-up.
