💐🍽️ Our Mother’s Day celebration featured an elegant Mediterranean-inspired 5-course menu that created a truly unforgettable dining experience for our residents and families. 😊✨
🥗 First Course – Giardiniera Trio
Heirloom tomato bruschetta, Karpouzi watermelon & feta, and fusilli pesto insalata
🥧 Second Course – Quiche aux Légumes au Soleil
Fresh baked quiche with sun-grown vegetables and roasted red pepper coulis
🍲 Third Course – Salmorejo
A chilled soup from Andalusia, Spain, garnished with Serrano ham and boiled egg
🥩 Fourth Course – Carving Station
🍰 Final Course – Homemade Tiramisu
The famous Italian “pick-me-up” dessert featuring layered ladyfingers dipped in espresso and creamy mascarpone cheese ☕✨
