Including TruDose

TruDose is the newest cutting edge therapy of using platelet rich plasma (PRP). The old way was just drawing 10ccs of blood, spinning it down and the giving the patient about 4ccs of plasma back. This was a majority of platelet POOR plasma and a little bit of platel RICH plasma. That’s why the therapy was very inconsistent on how much it really helped the patient. TruDose therap

y uses 120ccs of blood to spin down the first time. Then we take all the plasma, both platelet POOR and platelet Rich, and spin that down again. The platelet POOR is now separated from the platelet RICH plasma. The patient now gets back around 7 - 10 ccs of very concentrated platelet RICH plasma. This therapy can work on your immune system (kind of important in today’s world), any inflammation problems, any degenerative problems and many other problems in the body. Dr. Flippin has done over 3,000 regenerative therapies and has found this therapy to be by far the most effective therapy.

I love taters, but taters don’t love me!

Why? Potatoes have a high glycemic index and high glycemic load which causes quicker release of glucose and significant swings in blood sugar levels. This can result in depression, agitation, irritability, anxiety, low energy levels, and fatigue. What are the benefits of eating foods with a low glycemic load? It keeps energy level stable, and appetite level stable. In addition, you decrease the risk of type two diabetes, coronary artery disease, cancer, and obesity. So what’s a good substitute for potatoes? Foods with low glycemic index and glycemic load will result in more stable glucose level and will keep you satisfied. Turnips have a very low glycemic index and glycemic load and make a great substitute for potatoes. Cauliflower actually has a zero glycemic index and glycemic load. That’s why they’re such a great substitute for potatoes. A delicious recipe for mashed cauliflower involves roasting your cauliflower, onion, and garlic until it’s browned. Then put it in the blender with a little bit of butter and cream cheese… Yum! If you’re struggling with your weight and need some help, just give us a call or DM me today. We have several alternatives to help. Have a Blessed day!
