Struggling with sleep during menopause? You’re not alone! Hormonal changes can make it harder to fall and stay asleep, but these simple tips can help you rest better and wake up feeling refreshed:

✅ Try relaxation techniques – Meditation & deep breathing can calm the mind.
✅ Establish a bedtime routine – A consistent wind-down routine signals your body it’s time to sleep.
✅ Limit caffeine & alcohol – Stimulants can disrupt sleep and worsen night sweats.
✅ Use moisture-wicking bedding – Stay cool and dry all night.
✅ Keep your bedroom cool – A lower temp can ease night sweats.
✅ Stay consistent – Stick to a regular sleep schedule.

If you’re navigating menopause, here are three tips that might help make the journey a bit easier:

1️⃣ Eat Well: Try adding more fruits, veggies, and lean proteins to your meals. It can really help with those pesky symptoms!

2️⃣ Get Moving: Whether it’s a brisk walk, dancing, or yoga, keeping active can do wonders for your mood and energy levels.

3️⃣ Sleep Better: Establish a calming bedtime routine. You deserve good rest, try turning off the screens an hour before bed and relaxing with some tea or a book.
