One year ago, I stepped out on faith and bet on myself to start this business.
No investors. No big team. No fancy clinic space.
Just me, God, my skillset, and a little room I turned into a healing space.

Great things DO start in little rooms, and this one held every prayer, every tear, every client win, and every moment I thought about giving up but kept going anyway.

I’m grateful to this little room for holding me down through my first year and carrying me into my next 🫶🏽

Here’s to year 2 and all the growth that’s coming ✨🌱

✨ Excited to be featured on of Tactile Medical ✨

In this spotlight, I shared a bit about my outpatient private practice—Vibrant Living Lymphatics and Cancer Rehabilitation—and my work with cancer survivors, clients managing lymphedema, and those recovering from surgery.

One message I always try to get across: early prevention is key.
Even small symptoms deserve attention. Catching lymphedema early can significantly improve long-term outcomes.

I also talked about the power of frequent measurements and self-report tools to truly understand a client’s experience, and how pneumatic compression devices can help clients manage symptoms between sessions.

💦 Sweating, sweating… and still sweating! 💦

That’s what my client told me after her session, and trust me, that’s a GREAT sign! 🙌🏽

She struggles with inflammation and joint pain after an injury and normally has a hard time sweating, which means her body isn’t flushing out toxins like it should. But after just ONE lymphatic drainage session, her system kicked into gear and started releasing all that built-up waste! 💦✨

When the lymphatic system is sluggish, excess fluid, waste, and inflammation get stuck in the body. That can lead to:
⚡ Increased swelling & puffiness
🔥 More pain & stiffness
