Ladies!!

Have people around you that truly CARE for you. Not when it’s convenient for them. But because they VALUE YOU!!

I have to be sure to do the same for myself FIRST. I wasn’t taking care of ME properly. I have poured endlessly into others. This hospital visit made me angry with myself. To see how I gave my all in the wrong places and in some cases to the WRONG PEOPLE.

Stop casting your pearls before swine is a great scripture. Because giving your pearls to people who could care less is not on them. It’s on US!

Self Care is not manicures and pedicures. It’s intrinsic, internal, divine and spiritual care. Im home now, resting. In another week or so I’ll get back to the farm and sharing our progress.

I was inspired by a friend yesterday and Eden Green Farms. She was having a healthy breakfast and I woke up extra early to spend time with God and enjoy food the way I’m use to. Without rushing, without distractions or doing other tasks while eating. I was enjoying” eating CLEAN” and healthy. I was thinking.

As women let’s try to BASK in the moments God gives us. It’s okay to rest, be still, be quiet and listen to His voice. It’s okay to simply, do nothing and gather our thoughts and emotions. 🤎🫶🏽🤎 it’s the mindfulness for me.
