Monday is won on Sunday. 🗓️☕️

If you are serious about your rebuild, you have to stop waking up on Monday morning already feeling behind.

​Chaos breeds anxiety. And in recovery, unmanaged anxiety is a massive trigger to fall back into old, comfortable habits.

​You don't need more motivation; you need better systems. Removing "decision fatigue" from your Monday morning gives you the mental energy to actually focus on your growth.

​Here is our non-negotiable Sunday Reset:

🧹 Clear Space: Outer order creates inner calm. Take 15 minutes to reset your physical environment.
🎯 Review Goals: What is the one main target for this week? Write it down.
🍲 Meal Prep: Remove the friction of figuring out what to eat when you are stressed and busy.
💤 Early Bedtime: Protect your peace and your sleep schedule. You can't heal a tired mind.

​If you are trying to rebuild your life, but you are spending your weekends with people who are still committed to your old habits, you are going to stay stuck.

​Recovery requires you to outgrow certain rooms. We often feel guilty for leaving people behind, but you cannot heal in the same environment that broke you.

​Look at the 5 people you spend the most time with this weekend. Are they fueling your growth, or are they romanticizing your past?
