What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic dance is a freeform movement practice held in a
non-judgmental, non-verbal & drug-free environment.
Move your body in any way that feels natural and authentic. No dance experience needed at all - don't worry about technique or performance.
The goal of ecstatic dance is to let go of inhibitions, release emotions,
& to tap into a flow, where one feels fully alive and present.
