This Thera-Roll foam roller has been a game changer for me! Be sure to stay on top of regular body maintenance (foam rolling, yoga, epsom salt baths) as well as quality massage every 2-6 weeks. I get worked on every 3-4 weeks and it has saved me a great deal of discomfort. All these techniques working together keep me in peak performance.
