Another INNOVATX birthday to celebrate and this one’s a big one!

Having been with INNOVATX for 6-years and our longest standing employee, Jenn has helped shape the team with a constant smile, uplifting spirit, and unstoppable energy. She is an incredible mentor and friend and leads with one of the biggest hearts we’ve ever seen. She takes the time to listen, guide, and support everyone around her and is a true teacher both in the workplace and in life, standing in the people she loves corner fiercely and unapologetically.

Jenn brings a contagious zest for life to everything she does. She is always ready to dive into new ideas, explore fresh experiences, and make every moment memorable. Kara is the kind of planner we all aspire to be! She is leading the Dallas team like a pro and carries herself with confidence in any situation, with the sweetest southern belle charm. Here’s a sneak peak into how we take an idea and turn it into reality! 🪄🪩✨

This event was a dinner reception for 350 people in Austin, TX. We transformed a warehouse into a futuristic and colorful evening with a light show, live music, roaming entertainment, LED tables and games. We love creating memorable experiences for our clients that start with a simple vision.

An absolute powerhouse from the start, INNOVATX welcomed Anne to the team 2 years ago. With her expert project management tips and time-saving tricks, she is always one step ahead, pouring her heart into everything she does and showing it in every detail. Anne is the on-site expert, having already crushed over 40 events just this year. That girl never stops working! She is absolutely the energizer bunny of the crew, always ready with a smile and “let’s do it!” attitude. Having a wildly interesting resume, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table that promotes excellence, versatility under pressure, and confidence in her actions.

Emily Kratt Appreciation Day!!!!

It’s Emily’s birthday, so we’re kicking off the INNOVATX Irish Invasion with a celebration (woooo!)

Emily has been in the events industry for over 20 years. She started her career in New York, where she’s originally from, and made her way to Austin 14 years ago. After working in the Austin events world for a couple years, she decided to branch off and start INNOVATX in 2014. Over the past 11 years with the company, Emily has worked with so many amazing people - clients, vendors, employees alike - all of whom she’s made a lasting impression on. Her connections and knowledge of events and Austin run deep, and her love for the industry has only grown since she started. Her ability to turn any situation into a positive success is something truly amazing to watch.

Not only is Emily a talented event producer and business woman, but she is also a friend and role model. Emily is the definition of ride or die. Her loyalty is unmatched, and her kindness is abundant. A fearless leader that inspires us all to be better women professionally and personally. We are beyond thankful to be a part of her team and her community, as she has greatly impacted our lives for the better.
