Join Integral Care and NAMI Central Texas next week, May 20 from 1:00 – 2:00, for a special virtual Community Forum exploring how the power of lived experience changes lives. People with lived experience support recovery, reduce stigma and, most importantly, provide hope and inspiration. Join us for the next 6 weeks on Wednesday from 11:30 am-12:30 pm, for the nutrition class offered by the Central Texas Food bank. Information about food groups, shopping tips and how to read labels are among the topics that will be covered. A new recipe is presented each week, and prepared in class so that participants can taste, and a small gift is given at the end of each class. A minimum of 10 participants is required for each class!
